Below is the usual procedure for clearing your home, office, apartment or any other building:
- Once you call us, we ask a range of question to ascertain the rubbish we are collecting (General Rubbish, Garden Rubbish, Household Rubbish, Office Rubbish, Building Rubbish etc)
- We then supply an estimate over the phone based on Weight or Volume
- Once the customer agrees to the estimated price we can book the job in on a day and time requested
- Our drivers attend and give an exact quote and if the customer wants we will lift and load the rubbish then and there
- Once the rubbish is on board our truck, we then call the customer for a card payment (Debit or Credit) we also except cash on completion.
- Once payment is made, we generate a full receipt which is emailed over to the customer
