No. Our quotations are estimates based on the information you provide us.

If the quantity or weight is significantly different than anticipated, this will alter the cost of the clearance services. You will only pay for the waste you would like cleared.

We offer rubbish clearance services for both commercial and residential properties.

Whether you need to remove food and green waste, old furniture, renovation waste or anything else you consider to be rubbish, we can clear it for you.

We can clear rubbish from any area of your home or apartment.

We also clear waste stored in garages, attics, gardens and driveways. We can clear the same types of waste from any area of your business premises.

We are fully insured up to £10 million.

With our service, all you have to do is tell us the items you want to be removed and our friendly, experienced team.

They will take it from there, loading up and removing the waste, making us cheaper than a skip.

The cost of skip hire is not dependent on how much rubbish you need to clear from the property.

However, with us, the cost is reflective of the amount of rubbish you need taken away.

We are fully licensed by the Environmental Agency and are committed to recycling as much waste as we possibly can.

Over 88% of the rubbish we collect is recycled or diverted from landfill and we only ever use fully licensed recycling centres.

There are very few things we can’t collect and remove from your property. We do not remove asbestos. If you’re not sure if you have asbestos waste, this will be discovered when we clear the waste. If your waste includes asbestos, unfortunately it will have to be left behind.
